Gentle Yoga and Meditation will seek to further our connection of mind, body, and spirit. This class will provide a safe, calming space for individuals to fully relax and step out of their busy lives in an attempt to sit with their feelings, emotions, and past experiences. Through using the Yin movement and Yoga Nidra, this class will offer a comfortable introduction to light movement and guided meditations with an emphasis on compassion and kindness to our bodies, and one another.
